Email List Growth & Marketing Funnel Specialist I'm looking for an experienced lead generation and email marketing specialist who knows how to build qualified subscriber lists using a variety of proven strategies. My immediate goal is to grow an engaged email list of 250 qualified subscribers for my 60-Day Independent Consulting Blueprint, an online program for experienced professionals who want to launch an independent consulting practice. What I'm Looking For I want someone who understands how to attract subscribers, not just manage marketing software. You should have experience recommending and implementing multiple lead generation strategies, testing what works, and continuously improving results. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to build a targeted subscriber list • Recommend the most effective mix of lead magnets, webinars, Facebook Lives, LinkedIn, email campaigns, partnerships, referrals, and organic or paid promotion • Create and optimize landing pages and registration pages • Set up email automations and lead capture funnels • Coordinate webinar and lead magnet launches • Monitor conversion rates and recommend improvements • Continuously test new approaches to increase subscriber growth Ideal Candidate • Demonstrated success growing email subscriber lists • Experience designing and executing lead generation campaigns • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization • Experience with webinar marketing and lead magnets • Familiarity with platforms such as ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Leadpages, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or similar tools • Analytical, proactive, and able to recommend strategies—not simply follow instructions Success for This Project The initial objective is to build a high-quality email list of at least 250 qualified subscribers while creating a repeatable lead generation system that can continue to grow over time.
