Email Marketing Assistant for Flodesk

Job Description: Auction Nation is a nationwide online auction company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We're looking for a reliable freelancer to prepare and send our email blasts through Flodesk, 2 to 3 times per week. Once trained, each email blast takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete. We'll provide the content, images, and links — your job is to build the email in Flodesk, format it correctly, and schedule or send it on time. Responsibilities: Build 2-3 email blasts per week in Flodesk using content and assets we provide Follow our formatting and brand guidelines (we'll provide a template and style guide) Proofread for typos, broken links, and formatting errors before sending Send or schedule emails on the agreed timeline Flag any issues or delays promptly Requirements: Prior experience with Flodesk preferred, or strong general email platform experience (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and a fast learner Comfortable following a template — this is not a copywriting role Reliable availability 2-3 times per week, consistent turnaround Strong attention to detail (proofreading, link-checking) A Job Success Score of 90% or higher A solid work history with several hundred hours billed and consistently good client feedback Rate: $4.00/hour Hours: Part-time, roughly 1-2 hours per week once fully trained (may run higher during initial training)
