Email Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist

3-Month Contract | Independent Contractor: Email Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist Women's Fitness & Nutrition Coaching I am seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist to help grow an established online fitness and nutrition coaching program designed specifically for women over 40. This is a 3-month independent contractor opportunity for someone who understands email marketing, lead generation, nurturing prospects, appointment setting, and building long-term relationships with potential clients. The goal of this role is to create and maintain a consistent client acquisition system that helps me grow and maintain an online coaching client base of approximately 25-30 active clients. This is not a sales closing position. Your role will be to create qualified opportunities and conversations. I will personally conduct consultations, build relationships, and enroll clients into the program. Responsibilities Email Marketing & Audience Growth * Create and manage newsletters and nurture email campaigns. * Develop strategies to keep subscribers, leads, and past prospects engaged. * Build and maintain a waitlist of interested future coaching clients. * Re-engage previous leads who showed interest but did not enroll. * Help create ongoing communication that builds trust and credibility with my audience. Client Acquisition & Outreach * Develop and execute strategies to identify and reach women over 40 who are interested in fitness, nutrition, weight loss, strength training, and improving their overall health. * Create and manage cold outreach campaigns. * Write compelling email copy that connects with the target audience. * Respond to interested prospects and guide qualified leads toward scheduling a consultation. * Use my consultation booking link to schedule qualified prospects directly onto my calendar. Lead Tracking & Reporting Provide monthly updates including: * Number of prospects contacted. * Response rates. * Interested prospects. * Consultations scheduled. * Consultations completed. * New clients enrolled. * Follow-up opportunities. Compensation This is an independent contractor position. Monthly Retainer: $150/month The monthly retainer covers ongoing marketing support, including: * Newsletter creation and management. * Email nurturing. * Subscriber engagement. * Waitlist development. * Lead tracking. * Marketing system maintenance. Performance Bonuses During Growth Periods: $10 for each qualified consultation completed paid out monthly. Additional $50 for each new coaching client who enrolls paid out monthly. This structure allows compensation to increase as you help generate measurable business growth. Ideal Candidate You are a strong fit if you: * Have experience with email marketing, lead generation, and appointment setting. * Understand how to create relationships and trust through email communication. * Have experience with cold outreach and prospecting strategies. * Understand email deliverability and best practices for protecting sender reputation. * Are comfortable working independently as a contractor. * Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to track results. * Communicate professionally in English. Experience in the fitness, wellness, health, coaching, or service-based industries is preferred.
