We currently have a database of 6,000+ qualified leads and are looking for an experienced Email Campaign Specialist to help us build, optimize, and manage email campaigns that encourage engagement, nurture relationships, and support customer acquisition. About the Role As our Email Campaign Specialist, you'll develop and execute email campaigns throughout the customer journey—from welcome sequences to promotional campaigns and re-engagement emails. You'll work closely with our marketing team to create compelling messaging, improve campaign performance, and help convert qualified leads into paying customers. Key Responsibilities Create and manage email marketing campaigns. Write or optimize email copy for engagement and conversions. Build welcome, nurture, promotional, and follow-up sequences. Segment audiences for targeted messaging. Schedule and launch campaigns using CRM platforms. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Maintain email list organization and campaign documentation. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams. Required Qualifications Experience creating and managing email campaigns Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, or similar platforms Strong copywriting skills Understanding of customer journeys and lead nurturing Ability to work independently Compensation This role offers performance-based compensation. Earnings are tied to campaign performance and successful customer acquisition. Commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
