Email Marketing Expert for Online Course Launch

We're an online fitness and health education company launching a new course at the end of July, and we're looking for an experienced email marketing expert to own the copy and implementation of our launch email sequences in GoHighLevel. This is a full pre-launch, launch, and post-launch campaign. We need someone who has run this exact play before and can move fast with a proven structure, not someone learning course launches on our timeline. What you'll do: Write the email copy for all three phases: pre-launch (warm-up, anticipation, story), launch (open cart, offer, urgency), and post-launch (last call, close cart, follow-up and down-sell) Build and implement the full sequence inside GoHighLevel, including automations, triggers, tags, and segmentation Map the timing and cadence of each phase against our launch dates Set up tracking so we can see opens, clicks, and conversions by email and by segment Coordinate with us on offer, deadlines, and messaging so the emails match the rest of the launch Ideal candidate: Has done $50K+ in online course launches in a single month (please reference specific launches you've worked on) Deep experience with online course / info-product launch sequences, not just general email marketing Likely already has the launch structure, frameworks, and templates built and systematized, and can adapt them to us quickly Strong, proven launch copywriting (we'll want to see samples) Hands-on experience building and implementing sequences in GoHighLevel Comfortable working to a fixed launch date at the end of July To apply, please include: One or two course launches you've worked on, with the revenue result and your specific role Samples of launch email copy you've written Whether you'll bring your own launch framework / templates or build from scratch, and a rough timeline to be launch-ready by end of July Your rate (fixed for the launch or hourly) We're ready to move quickly with the right person.
