We are looking for a creative and organized team member who shares our passion for serving the Hispanic community. ### Position Overview We are seeking a **Spanish-speaking Email Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist** to manage and grow our email marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for creating engaging campaigns, designing graphics, and helping us communicate with our clients and prospects in a professional and culturally relevant way. ### Responsibilities * Create and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, or similar software. * Design professional graphics for email campaigns, social media, and promotions. * Write compelling email copy in both Spanish and English. * Segment contact lists and schedule campaigns. * Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions). * Collaborate with the agency team to promote products, events, and community initiatives. * Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials. * Assist with basic social media graphics and marketing projects. ### Qualifications ✅ Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) ✅ Experience with email marketing platforms ✅ Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools) ✅ Strong writing and communication skills ✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented ✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ✅ Knowledge of digital marketing best practices ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Hispanic or Latino audiences. * Experience in insurance, financial services, or professional services marketing. * Knowledge of CRM systems and automation. ### Compensation * Competitive pay based on experience. * Full-time or part-time opportunities available. * Growth opportunities within a fast-growing agency. * Flexible work arrangements may be considered. ### To Apply Please send: 1.
