Email Marketing Manager (Affiliate / Amazon Funnel)

We run affiliate campaigns (Facebook ads → landing page → Amazon), and we want to launch email as a new revenue channel. You'll get a written brief and some rough template mockups to start from, but there's no existing list or live account yet - you'll be setting that up in Brevo. We want someone to own this end-to-end: building the list, writing/designing the templates, sending, and optimizing. You'll be judged on Amazon conversions/revenue once live, not just opens and clicks. What You'll Do: - Set up the email program in Brevo: account structure, lists, automations. - Stand up our email collection method, staying CAN-SPAM compliant from day one. - Design and write the templates (deal emails, storefront, welcome) based on our brief — improving on any reference mockups we give you, not just skinning them. - Launch the first sends, then iterate based on real performance. - Track performance down to Amazon conversion/revenue, not just open rate. - A/B test and iterate — propose what to kill, scale, or test next. Requirements: - Hands-on Brevo experience is required. - Proven experience with affiliate, e-commerce, or deal/discount email (high-frequency promotional email, not brand/lifestyle). - Strong promotional copywriting - you improve on our brief, not just execute it literally. - Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM compliance. - Comfortable owning decisions with minimal hand-holding. - Strong internet connection - you will be asked to join zoom meetings frequently - Flexible working hours.
