Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo)

Peregrine Commerce is an ecommerce growth agency based in Scotland, working with Amazon native and DTC brands across the UK and US. We deliver email and SMS marketing, TikTok Shop management, paid ads, and creator marketing for a growing roster of retained clients. Our email work speaks for itself: for one client we delivered a 110% revenue lift over the previous agency while sending 61% fewer campaigns. We win on strategy and quality, not volume. We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to own delivery across multiple client accounts. The Role You will manage email marketing end to end for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, primarily in Klaviyo. This means owning the calendar, the strategy, the copy, the builds, the sends, and the results. You will work directly with our founders and report on performance monthly. What you will do Plan and execute monthly campaign calendars for each client Build, test, and optimise core flows (welcome, abandonment, post purchase, winback) Write conversion focused copy that matches each brand's voice Design and build emails in Klaviyo (templates provided, but you should be comfortable creating from scratch) Manage segmentation, list health, and deliverability Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times Pull monthly performance data and contribute to client reports Hit agreed delivery standards on schedule, every month, without chasing Who We Are Looking For 2+ years hands on Klaviyo experience with ecommerce or DTC brands (agency experience a plus) Proven results you can show: attributed revenue growth, flow performance, campaign metrics Strong written English and genuine copywriting ability Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines without supervision Detail obsessed: broken links, wrong prices, and sloppy segments do not get past you Familiar with ClickUp or similar project management tools (or quick to learn) Bonus: SMS marketing experience, WhatsApp marketing experience, basic HTML What We Offer Fully remote, flexible working Base retainer plus performance based upside tied to campaign revenue Direct access to founders, zero bureaucracy A growing client roster, meaning growing scope for the right person Clear delivery standards so you always know what success looks like
