Email Marketing Specialist — CareStack, NextHealth & HubSpot

We are looking for a hands-on email marketing specialist to build and design patient lifecycle email campaigns for one of our dental clients. This is an execution-focused build role: you'll be creating and setting up email campaigns, templates, and automations directly inside the client's patient communication platforms. We already have the strategy, campaign calendar, segmentation logic, and copy direction defined, we need someone who can build it out cleanly and correctly inside the platforms below. Platforms You'll Need to Know You should be comfortable building and designing emails in all three of the following: - CareStack (patient communication / Iris) — required, active use - HubSpot - Familiarity with brick and mortar dental/doctor's offices Please don't apply unless you have hands-on build experience in at least CareStack andHubSpot proficiency as well. We're not looking to train someone from scratch on these platforms. What You'll Be Doing - Building patient lifecycle/reactivation email campaigns from provided copy and creative direction (hygiene reactivation, unscheduled treatment, procedure-specific offers, insurance/seasonal campaigns, referral campaigns, etc.) - Creating clean, mobile-first, dark-mode-friendly email templates - Setting up campaigns correctly within each platform's own segmentation, suppression, and send logic - Ensuring consistent branding across templates and campaign categories - QA/testing sends across devices and inboxes before launch - Flagging any platform limitations that affect what we can build (segmentation, automation, reporting capabilities, etc.) What Success Looks Like - Campaigns are built accurately to spec, on time, and require minimal revision - Templates are reusable across campaign categories (not one-off builds) - Deliverability and rendering are solid across inboxes and devices - You can work independently once given campaign briefs, and flag platform constraints proactively rather than after the fact Ideal Candidate - Proven, verifiable experience building emails inside CareStack/Iris, NextHealth, and HubSpot - Strong eye for clean, simple, deliverable email design (not just "pretty" templates) - Comfortable working from a campaign brief/copy doc without heavy hand-holding - Healthcare/dental or patient-communication experience is a plus, but platform fluency matters more - Responsive and reliable communicator, this is a project-based build with a defined timeline To Apply Please include: 1.
