Summary

Join our fast-growing gaming and loyalty & rewards company as an Email Marketing Specialist. You'll manage email campaigns from design to reporting, ensuring high performance and quality. Ideal candidates have experience with Customer.io and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities • Build, schedule, and manage campaigns in Customer.io (automations, triggers, newsletters). • Create and convert designs into responsive HTML emails using Kombai or similar tools. • Conduct thorough QA to ensure flawless rendering across devices and ESPs. • Monitor campaign performance Requirements • Proven experience with Customer.io (must-have). • Solid understanding of email marketing best practices (deliverability, testing, personalization). • Strong knowledge of email HTML/CSS (especially inline styles). • Familiarity with Figma for light edits and adjustments. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and error-free delivery. • Experience writing marketing email copy or managing freelance writers • Bonus: Experience in gaming / loyalty / rewards apps

Deliverables
