Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo) – POD Brand

Hi there, We are an e-commerce Print-on-Demand (POD) brand operating in the US market. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to audit our current account, identify revenue leaks, and rebuild/optimize our core email flows to maximize conversions. What We Need: Phase 1: Deep-Dive Klaviyo Audit: Analyze our current list health, deliverability status (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), campaign history, and existing flows. Identify why subscribers aren't converting and find quick-win revenue opportunities. Phase 2: Strategy & Map-out: Propose an optimized flow framework tailored to a POD model (where customers often place multiple or consecutive orders, and emotional storytelling/gifting angles outperform generic discounts). Phase 3: Flows Rebuild/Setup: Rewrite, redesign, and launch the foundational flows Requirements: Strong experience with Klaviyo. Proven track record auditing and rebuilding email flows for US eCommerce/POD brands. Experience with custom gifts, personalized products, or seasonal apparel is a major plus. Strong focus on direct-response copywriting and emotional storytelling that resonates with US consumers. Ability to handle baseline email design (clean, mobile-responsive layouts) and proper segmentations. Strategic thinker, not just an executor.
