Email Marketing Specialist (Zenoti Experience Preferred)

We are a growing Hair Growth & Scalp Care Clinic in Sydney, Australia, seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to help us improve customer retention, increase bookings, and maximize the value of our Zenoti database. About Us We specialize in hair loss treatments, scalp health, hair growth therapies, and Korean Head Spa services. We currently operate in Sydney and are expanding our marketing efforts. Responsibilities Audit and optimize our existing Zenoti email campaigns Create and manage automated email journeys Develop customer retention and reactivation campaigns Create monthly newsletters and promotional emails Segment customer databases for targeted marketing Improve email open rates, click rates, and booking conversions Recommend best practices for email marketing within Zenoti Track campaign performance and provide recommendations Required Experience Proven email marketing experience Experience with Zenoti campaigns and automations (preferred) Strong copywriting and marketing skills Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, med spa, salon, or similar industries Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies Project Goals Increase treatment bookings Improve package sales and customer retention Re-engage inactive clients Build effective automated marketing campaigns Create a long-term email marketing strategy Please Include Examples of email campaigns you have created Experience with Zenoti or similar CRM systems Results achieved (open rates, conversions, revenue generated) Your proposed approach for improving customer retention and rebooking rates This may begin as a project-based engagement and could lead to an ongoing long-term relationship.
