Email Marketing Specialist for Service Business

We offer GLP-1 medications to women in Miami, Florida. We're looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes GoHighLevel and understands how email works for service-based businesses — not just DTC e-commerce. This distinction matters. Our funnel isn't "abandoned cart → discount code → purchase." It's consultations, patient onboarding, ongoing care, and lifecycle retention. If your experience is mostly Klaviyo flows for Shopify stores, this role probably isn't the right fit. What you'll own Audit and optimize our entire GoHighLevel setup — pipelines, workflows, triggers, tags, deliverability, list health, and segmentation Build new automations on a regular cadence — welcome series, consultation booking and no-show flows, post-consultation follow-ups, patient onboarding, refill reminders, re-engagement, win-back, and full patient lifecycle journeys Design emails from scratch — clean, on-brand, mobile-first layouts that reflect Everglow's premium aesthetic Plan and execute campaigns tied to promotions, seasonal moments, and program launches Write or polish copy that feels warm, empowering, and speaks authentically to our audience Manage segmentation and audience lists so the right message reaches the right patient at the right stage of their journey Report on performance — opens, clicks, booked consultations, conversions, revenue per email, deliverability — and iterate from those insights Stay on top of compliance — CAN-SPAM, HIPAA considerations for health-related content, and GoHighLevel's deliverability best practices You're a fit if you have 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience for service-based businesses — medspas, telehealth, coaching, agencies, clinics, professional services, or similar. Experience should center on lead nurture, appointment funnels, and client lifecycle — not e-commerce purchase flows Deep, hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel — you can build workflows, pipelines, triggers, custom fields, and tags in your sleep. This is non-negotiable. Type 'Sigma' at the start of your application to indicate you are paying attention. If your background is primarily Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other DTC-focused ESPs and you've only briefly touched GHL, please don't apply A portfolio of GHL workflows, funnels, and emails you've personally built — we'll want to see actual screenshots of automations, not just finished email designs An eye for design and the ability to build emails that actually look good in GoHighLevel's email builder (we know its limitations — we want someone who works around them) Strong copywriting instincts, or the ability to collaborate closely with a copywriter Comfort with data — you know how to read metrics and make decisions from them Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and deliverability troubleshooting (especially in GHL, where deliverability requires more hands-on management than mainstream ESPs) Attention to detail Bonus points for Experience marketing to women 35+ or in the weight loss / GLP-1 / wellness / medspa / telehealth space Familiarity with the Miami / South Florida market and culture SMS marketing experience inside GHL (we may expand into this) Experience with GHL's CRM features, opportunity pipelines, and calendar integrations Basic HTML/CSS for email Please don't apply if Your experience is primarily Klaviyo + Shopify, DTC product brands, or e-commerce abandoned cart flows. Those skills don't translate cleanly to what we do, and we've found this is the biggest reason past hires haven't worked out.
