Email Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to support a growing marketing agency working across multiple client accounts within luxury, travel, hospitality, wellness, lifestyle and ecommerce sectors. This role requires someone who can combine strategy, content creation, campaign execution and performance analysis to help clients improve customer acquisition, engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning email marketing activity from planning through to reporting and optimisation. Responsibilities: • Develop email marketing strategies aligned to client objectives • Create campaign calendars and content plans • Write compelling email copy and subject line • Design and build emails across multiple platforms • Develop automated customer journeys and nurture sequences • Create welcome, abandoned cart, lead nurture, retention and re-engagement flows • Segment audiences and recommend personalisation opportunities • Analyse campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations • Collaborate with paid media, content and website teams to support wider marketing activity Platform Experience: Experience with one or more of the following platforms is required: • HubSpot • Flodesk • Mailchimp • Shopify Email • Momence Requirements: • Proven email marketing experience • Strong copywriting skills • Experience building automation and lifecycle marketing programmes • Understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels • Ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication and project management skills To Apply Please provide: • Relevant portfolio examples • Platforms you have worked with • Examples of automated journeys or flows you have built • Industries you have worked within • Your hourly rate • Availability per week This is an ongoing freelance opportunity with the potential for regular work across multiple client accounts.
