Email Marketing Specialist

**Job Title:** Email Marketing Freelancer Needed for Seguno Newsletters, Templates & Automations **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced email marketing freelancer to help manage and improve our email marketing for our e-commerce business. We currently use **Seguno Email** for our email marketing, so experience with Seguno is preferred. We need someone who can take ownership of our email newsletters, design high-converting email templates, and build automated email flows that help increase repeat purchases, customer engagement, and sales. The ideal freelancer will understand e-commerce email marketing, customer journeys, segmentation, and how to create emails that look professional while also driving revenue. **Responsibilities:** * Design and build professional email newsletter templates in Seguno * Create and schedule regular promotional email campaigns * Set up and improve email automations/flows * Write or improve email copy where needed * Segment customers based on behaviour, purchases, and engagement * Create abandoned cart, welcome, win-back, post-purchase, and promotional flows * Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions * Ensure all emails are mobile-friendly and on-brand * Help plan a monthly email marketing calendar * Track performance and suggest improvements * Work with our team to promote offers, new products, best sellers, and seasonal campaigns **Requirements:** * Experience with e-commerce email marketing * Experience using Seguno Email is preferred * Strong design skills for clean, modern email layouts * Experience with platforms such as Seguno, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Shopify Email, or similar * Understanding of email automation and customer segmentation * Ability to write clear, engaging, sales-focused copy * Good knowledge of email deliverability and best practices * Reliable, organised, and able to work independently * Previous examples of email campaigns or automations would be preferred **Nice to Have:** * Experience working with Shopify stores * Experience using Seguno for Shopify email campaigns * Experience in consumer product or FMCG brands * Experience improving abandoned cart flows and repeat purchase campaigns * Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar design tools **What We Need First:** We are looking for someone to start by reviewing our current Seguno Email setup, then help create a better structure for our newsletters, templates, and automated flows.
