Email Marketing Specialist

We're Sprout Technologies, a software studio working with clients across the US, UK and Middle East. We're looking for someone to own our email marketing end to end. What you'll do: - Plan and write email campaigns and newsletters (product updates, nurture sequences, outreach support) - Build and manage email flows/automations (welcome series, drip campaigns, re-engagement) - Manage our email list, segmentation and deliverability - Track open rates, click rates and conversions, and improve on them over time What we're looking for: - Proven experience running email marketing for a business, agency or SaaS company, with results you can show us (open rates, CTR, revenue attributed, etc) - Comfortable with tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, Instantly or similar - Strong written English, able to write copy that doesn't sound like a template - Bonus: experience with cold email/outbound for B2B How to apply: Please share 2 to 3 examples of email campaigns or sequences you've written, along with any results you can share.
