Email Marketing design & copywriter with Figma experience

Growing email agency needs an experienced email designer and coordinator to help from end to end including: - Brainstorm and collaborate on email campaign and lifecycle flows emails & SMS - Proficient at designing and copywriting email templates in Figma, you will most often be asked to iterate on existing templates more so than create a brand email template from complete scratch. (building from Figma into Klaviyo templates is typically handled from another team member) - Interface with clients via teams/slack to extract requirements, communicate strategies, or notify of designs ready for review - join us on a weekly internal team call (30 min) We would be looking for a monthly retainer, rather than hourly work. Somewhere between $1.5-3k is what we have based on experience and responsibilities, with room to grow from there.
