Email Outreach Expert | Email Deliverability, DNS Setup & Instantly Expert

We're looking for a cold email specialist who knows email deliverability inside out — from DNS record setup to running high-performing campaigns on Instantly. We need someone who can get our emails landing in the inbox, not spam. What you'll be doing: Setting up and verifying DNS records — SPF, DKIM, DMARC for all sending domains Configuring and warming up email accounts properly before campaigns go live Setting up sending infrastructure on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace Building and managing cold email campaigns end-to-end inside Instantly Monitoring deliverability health — bounce rates, spam complaints, sender reputation Diagnosing and fixing inbox placement issues (especially Google-to-Google) Sending weekly performance reports — open rates, reply rates, deliverability scores Who we're looking for: Strong hands-on experience with Instantly (campaign setup, inbox rotation, warmup) Deep understanding of email deliverability — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records Knows how to set up and manage sending domains correctly Experience with email warmup tools (Instantly warmup, Mailreach, Warmbox, or similar) Can diagnose deliverability issues and fix them fast Understands Microsoft 365 vs Google Workspace infrastructure differences Bonus points if you have: Experience migrating campaigns from Google to Microsoft 365 infrastructure Familiarity with tools like MXToolbox, Google Postmaster Tools, or Mail Tester Cold email copywriting skills for sequences and follow-ups To apply: Share past deliverability setups you've handled — what the issue was, what you fixed, and the results after.
