Email Outreach & Lead Generation Operator (E-commerce)

We're looking for someone to fully own our outbound email operation. We already have: Multiple warmed-up email domains and inboxes (6+ months old) A proven Loom-based outreach strategy Positive reply rates and an existing process Your Responsibilities Find qualified e-commerce brands (20+ active Meta ads, $50k+ in monthly revenue) Established DTC/e-commerce businesses Build and manage lead lists Run email outreach campaigns Monitor and manage inboxes Respond to prospects quickly Book meetings Create/edit Loom videos (or work with an editor) Ideal Candidate Experienced with cold email outreach Familiar with e-commerce lead generation Comfortable using AI tools and automation Proactive and process-driven Strong written English Bonus: Experience with Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Make, Zapier, or Meta Ads Library. Important This is not a VA role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the entire outbound process, improve systems, and help scale results over the long term.
