Email Outreach Specialist — Manual, One-by-One Sending (Not Bulk/Automated)

Job Description: We're Packd Miami, a moving tote rental and delivery service. We have a list of 373 real estate agents in Miami with their name, email, and brokerage info, and we need someone to send a personalized cold email to each one introducing our closing gift program. What you'll do: Use the email template we provide. For each of the 373 contacts in our spreadsheet, personalize the email by inserting their first name and brokerage name into the template Send the email manually, one at a time, from our business email account (we will provide login access — Gmail/Google Workspace) After each send, update the "Status" column in our spreadsheet to "Messaged" and fill in today's date in "Date Contacted" Space sends out — no more than 25-30 emails per day to avoid spam flags (we'll confirm the daily limit before you start ) If any agent replies, do NOT respond — just flag it for us by changing their Status to "Replied" and leave a note in the Notes column. We will personally handle every reply. What we'll provide: The email template (subject line + body) The spreadsheet with all 373 contacts, organized with a Status tracking column Login access to our business email account Requirements: Strong written English — you'll be lightly customizing each email so it reads naturally, not robotic Experience with cold outreach, email marketing, or virtual assistant work Comfortable using Gmail and Google Sheets Detail-oriented — every send needs to be logged correctly in the spreadsheet, no skipped rows Available to spread sends across multiple days (we are NOT looking for someone to blast all 373 in one day — that will get the account flagged as spam) Timeline: We expect this to take roughly 12-15 business days at 25-30 emails per day. We can discuss a different pace if needed. Budget: $50-75 total for the full batch of 373 emails (roughly $0.15-0.20 per contact).
