Responsibilities Email Marketing • Create and manage email campaigns • Build targeted prospect lists • Develop email sequences and follow-up campaigns • Track campaign performance and conversions • Generate free trial registrations and sales Social Media Marketing • Create and publish content • Manage social media accounts • Promote Bostel BMS products and services • Engage with potential customers • Drive traffic and trial signups Lead Generation & Outreach • Research target businesses • Generate qualified leads • Conduct outreach campaigns • Support sales and marketing initiatives Compensation Options Option 1 – Hourly + Commission working for Bostel Sales Department • Hourly Pay: 50% of your published rate per hour, 10-20 hour per week • Plus 10% recurring commission on all Bostel BMS and Support Service subscriptions you generate • Recurring commissions continue as long as the customer remains active • You must generate your own leads • You must generate your materials • You must generate 10 sales per week of any type Option 2 – Commission Only • No hourly rate • Earn 30% recurring commission on all Bostel BMS and Support Service subscriptions you generate • Recurring commissions continue as long as the customer remains active • Unlimited earning potential This option is ideal for experienced marketers, agencies, affiliates, and sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate results. Affiliate & Agency Commission Portal Bostel provides a comprehensive Affiliate and Agency Commission Portal that allows you to: • Track leads visits, conversions, commissions, and payouts in real time • Monitor recurring revenue generated from your customers • Access marketing materials and referral links • View performance reports and commission history • Manage your team and sub-affiliates ( Agencies Only) Multi-Tier Commission Structure ( Agencies Only) For agencies commission-based partners, the platform supports a multi-tier commission structure. This allows you to recruit and manage additional sales associates, affiliates, or marketing representatives under your organization.
