We are seeking a highly organized Email & SMS Marketing Specialist who can build and manage our customer retention ecosystem through Klaviyo, Toast POS integrations, promotional campaigns, graphic design, and customer reactivation strategies. Our goal is simple: increase customer frequency, average spend, online ordering revenue, and catering sales.
