Follow up 2–3 times with non-responders over the following days. Handle scheduling by coordinating with our calendar and confirming meeting times. Flag any warm replies to us immediately. Bonus if you can research and add new qualified leads (buyers of our commodity) to the list, but booking meetings from the existing list is the priority.
