About us We're Ozarke, a direct-to-consumer lighting and home decor brand. We run our email program on Klaviyo and have an in-house email designer who handles all design and template builds. We need the strategic and analytical brain to drive the program. What you'll own Email and SMS strategy: campaign calendar, flow architecture, segmentation, send cadence, and promotional planning aligned with our product launches and seasonality Copywriting: subject lines, preview text, and body copy for campaigns and flows. You write, our designer builds Analytics and optimization: revenue per recipient, flow performance, deliverability health, list growth, A/B testing roadmap, and monthly performance reporting with clear recommendations Flow buildout and refinement: welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and VIP What you will NOT do Design or HTML template work (handled in house) Requirements 5+ years running email marketing for e-commerce brands, ideally D2C Deep Klaviyo experience: segmentation, flows, campaign management, reporting Strong portfolio of email copy with performance results you can speak to Comfortable owning a revenue number, not just open rates Clear written communicator, works well async Nice to have Home decor, furniture, or lifestyle brand experience SMS marketing experience (Klaviyo SMS or Postscript) Familiarity with Triple Whale or similar attribution tools Engagement 25-30 hours per week, ongoing Fully remote, async-friendly, occasional syncs on US Central time To apply Share 2-3 email campaigns or flows you strategized and wrote, with the results they drove.
