My Emails from Google Workspace are Going to Spam Folders - Need a Fix

Summary

Emails from one of my accounts, which is hr at mydomain, are going to spam folder. We send manual emails, we do not use any tools to send email. Since we have to send similar emails to a lot of job applicants, I think this could be one of the reasons they are marked as spams. I need an expert who can solve this.
