Embedded Firmware Engineer Needed for Confidential Electronics POC

Job Description We are developing a confidential electronics hardware POC and need an embedded firmware engineer to support firmware development, hardware testing, and prototype bring-up. The full technical details, product purpose, and architecture will be shared only after NDA. Scope of Work The firmware engineer may assist with: • Microcontroller firmware development • Sensor / module communication testing • Serial communication testing • Input/output control logic • Device wake/sleep testing • Prototype hardware bring-up • Local configuration workflow • Debugging and firmware documentation • Test firmware for different hardware sections Required Skills • Embedded C / C++ development • Microcontroller firmware experience • UART / I2C / SPI / GPIO experience • Hardware debugging experience • Ability to read schematics and work with prototype PCBs • Clean code documentation Preferred Experience • IoT / embedded systems • Low-power embedded firmware • Sensor/module integration • Wireless setup or local device configuration • Prototype testing and debugging Deliverables • Firmware source code • Test firmware • Pin mapping / interface notes • Debugging notes • Setup instructions • Firmware revision log • Basic test report Confidentiality Requirement This is a confidential and patent-sensitive project.
