Summary

We need an experienced embedded hardware engineer or prototype team to build a working proof-of-concept device for digital receipt delivery. The device should sit inline between a POS terminal and receipt printer, passively capture ESC/POS receipt data, keep normal printing uninterrupted, upload parsed receipt data to a cloud API over Wi-Fi, and expose the latest receipt through NFC tap on iPhone and Android. Preferred skills include ESP32-S3, serial/RS232 communication, ESC/POS printers, NFC modules, PCB design, firmware development, and prototype testing with real receipt printers.
