Embedded Systems Engineer for Interactive LED Tug-of-War Toy Prototype

We are developing a new children's interactive tug-of-war toy and are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer or Electronics Product Developer to help us design the first working prototype. Product Concept The toy consists of: A durable tug-of-war rope with integrated LED lighting A center control module Real-time LED effects showing which team is winning Dynamic color transitions (green → yellow → red) Victory lighting animation Rechargeable battery Designed for children's outdoor play What We Need We are looking for someone who can help evaluate and recommend the best technical solution, including: Position detection method (encoder, magnetic sensing, optical sensing, or other ideas) Embedded controller selection LED control architecture Power management Electronics design Firmware development Prototype recommendation Our priority is low manufacturing cost, high durability, low power consumption, and easy mass production. Deliverables Recommended system architecture Electronics design proposal Firmware for the prototype Bill of Materials (BOM) Estimated manufacturing cost Suggestions for mass production Experience with toys, consumer electronics, LED products, or wearable products is highly preferred. Please include examples of similar products or prototypes you have developed.
