Employee Performance & Incentive Consultant – Philippines Remote Team

We have a remote customer service team in the Philippines of about 50 agents. Our main challenge is performance and reliability when things get busy. Some agents start having attendance or internet issues, avoid work, or become less reliable. When this happens, other agents sometimes see it and start doing the same. We already have a good system in place with points, attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, withholding bonuses, and disciplinary measures. But we want to take it much further. We are looking for someone with deep experience in employee performance, motivation, incentives, and retention who can help us create a stronger system that makes our best employees genuinely want to perform at a high level and makes poor behavior much less attractive. We want to create a system of meaningful financial rewards, benefits, recognition, and other incentives that can actually change behavior and help us retain good employees.
