The information, dates and work experience are accurate and should remain unchanged however, the document currently reads as overly formal and AI-generated. The objective is to retain the same meaning and technical accuracy while using clearer, more simplified language that reflects how an employer or supervisor would realistically describe an employee's work experience. Technical terminology should be used where appropriate, but the overall writing style should be practical, concise and credible. Experience with employment references, trade documentation would be preferred.
