The role in one line We’re a global cybersecurity executive-education company building a modern, measurable, AI-operated marketing engine — and rebuilding our website to power it. We’re looking for a specialist who uses Claude as a daily working partner to build both with us, not just advise on it. About us The Cyber Leadership Institute trains senior security and risk leaders around the world through flagship programs, memberships and published work. We’re self-funded, profitable, and deliberately raising our game on marketing: moving from a handful of channels to a deliberate, measurable acquisition system that increasingly runs through AI — with humans setting direction and approving what matters. This role is central to building that system. What you’ll do • Completely rebuild the CLI marketing website on a modern serverless stack — Astro (site framework), Sanity (headless CMS) and Cloudflare Pages (hosting) — fast, secure, and built to serve the marketing strategy. • Build conversion-focused landing pages and marketing-site pages — including a dynamic, source-tagged landing-page system and “what made you decide?” self-report capture forms. • Use Claude (and similar AI tools) every day to draft, build, and operate campaigns faster — copy, page builds, automations, and analysis. • Wire it together: connect pages and forms to ActiveCampaign (our CRM and lifecycle email platform) and our first-party data store so every enquiry and signal is captured cleanly. • Build and maintain automations across ActiveCampaign, Zapier, n8n and/or Make — forms → CRM → data capture → lifecycle email. • Set up lifecycle and nurture email in ActiveCampaign: sequences by entry point, segmentation by tags/custom fields, and clean reporting. • Help stand up lightweight measurement — source tracking and first-party capture — for an audience that resists conventional click tracking. In the near term you’ll also work on our current WordPress site and standalone landing pages to support an imminent campaign — before and alongside the full rebuild. Must-have skills • Proven, advanced sales & marketing automations built using Claude — you can show automations or agents you’ve designed, shipped and run in real campaigns, not one-off prompts. • Modern web stack — able to build and ship a site, not just edit one: Astro, Sanity (or a comparable headless CMS) and Cloudflare Pages. • Hands-on ActiveCampaign: automations, lifecycle email, forms, tags and custom fields, list hygiene. • WordPress: building and optimising landing pages and marketing pages (page builders and basic theme/plugin work). • Proven conversion-rate optimisation — you can show landing pages you’ve built that converted. • Marketing automation tooling: Zapier, n8n, or Make (at least one, well). • Excellent written English and clear, low-friction communication. Nice-to-have skills • GitHub version control, and Figma for design hand-off. • Supabase or similar for first-party data capture. • Comfort with HTML / CSS / light JavaScript. • Experience preserving SEO through a site migration (redirects, Core Web Vitals). • B2B, professional-services, or education marketing experience.
