AI-Enabled Web Developer & Web Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled, fast-moving, proactive Web Developer with strong Web Design capabilities to join our team for consistent, ongoing work. This role is ideal for someone who can take an idea, understand the business goal behind it, and turn it into a beautiful, functional, SEO-friendly, conversion-focused website without needing constant hand-holding. We are not looking for someone who simply waits for tasks and executes instructions. We are looking for a true teammate: someone who thinks ahead, identifies opportunities, solves problems, uses modern tools intelligently, and takes pride in producing websites that look incredible and perform well. About the Role As our Web Developer & Web Designer, you will be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining websites that combine strong visual design, clean functionality, fast performance, technical SEO, and smart user experience. You should understand both the creative and technical sides of web work: how a site should look, how it should function, how it should be structured, and how it should be optimized for search engines and conversions. You should also be comfortable using AI tools and modern development workflows to move quickly, improve quality, streamline repetitive tasks, generate ideas, troubleshoot issues, and deliver polished results efficiently. We value speed, but not sloppy work. The right person can move quickly while still paying attention to design, usability, responsiveness, SEO, schema, analytics, and technical setup. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Website Design - Create beautiful, modern, polished website designs that feel premium, intentional, and aligned with the brand. Web Development - Build responsive, functional websites and pages using clean, maintainable code or appropriate website platforms. AI-Enhanced Workflow - Use AI tools effectively to speed up ideation, development, copy structuring, troubleshooting, QA, and optimization. SEO & Schema - Implement technical SEO best practices, metadata, heading structure, internal linking, page speed improvements, and schema markup. Website Setup - Handle domain, hosting, CMS, plugin, analytics, tracking, forms, redirects, integrations, and general site logistics. UX & Functionality - Ensure websites are intuitive, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, fast, and built around the user journey. Proactive Improvements - Identify issues, suggest improvements, and recommend better approaches before being asked. Ongoing Maintenance - Support updates, fixes, new pages, landing pages, optimization projects, and continuous site improvements. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a web developer who also has a designer’s eye. You should know how to build websites that are not only technically sound, but also visually impressive. You understand layout, spacing, typography, color, imagery, responsiveness, and conversion-focused design. You should be able to look at a website and know what feels off, what could be improved, and how to make it better. You should also understand the technical foundation behind high-performing websites. That includes proper page structure, SEO fundamentals, schema markup, site speed, responsive behavior, tracking setup, form functionality, redirects, integrations, and the overall logistics required to launch and maintain a professional website. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is proactive rather than reactive. If something is broken, you flag it. If something could look better, you suggest it. If there is a faster or smarter way to complete a project, you bring it forward.
