3D Enclosure Design for Car Dashboard Display (BMW E46 Vent Mount)

I'm building a custom digital gauge that mounts into the center air vent of a BMW E46, and I need a 3D-printable enclosure designed. (I have desing picute i can send you after order) What the enclosure holds: ESP32-S3 dev board (~52 × 30 mm) 1.9" ST7789 display module (170 × 320), visible screen ~42 × 20 mm A small buck converter and internal wiring Requirements: Display sits flush in the front face, screen centered and clean Mounts securely into the E46 center vent opening (approx. 150 × 40 mm) — I will provide a 3D scan (OBJ/STL) of the actual vent for an exact fit Side access/opening for one push button Rear cable exit for power + data wire Minimal, matte aesthetic that blends with the original black dashboard plastic A decorative front bezel so it looks integrated (not glued on) Deliverables: Editable CAD file (STEP or Shapr3D) + print-ready STL Optimized for FDM printing (Bambu Lab P1P) I will provide: exact measurements, a 3D scan of the vent, and reference photos.
