This version is designed for someone who can run the entire Amazon business from product sourcing through fulfillment, making it ideal if you plan to sell both branded (resale/wholesale) and private-label products. # End-to-End Amazon Store Manager ## Position Title Amazon Store Manager – End-to-End Operations (Branded & Private Label Products) ## Position Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our Amazon business. This individual will be responsible for sourcing profitable products, managing suppliers, optimizing listings, overseeing inventory, driving sales growth, and maximizing profitability across both branded and unbranded (private label) product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching, managing, and scaling Amazon FBA and FBM businesses while maintaining strong profit margins and operational efficiency. ## Key Responsibilities ### Product Research & Selection * Identify profitable branded and private-label product opportunities. * Conduct market research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Amazon Seller Central. * Analyze competition, sales volume, profit margins, and market trends. * Evaluate product viability and scalability. ### Supplier & Vendor Management * Source domestic and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, MOQs, shipping costs, and payment terms. * Manage supplier relationships and quality control processes. * Coordinate product sampling and testing. ### Brand Development * Develop and manage private-label product brands. * Coordinate packaging, labeling, trademarks, and brand registry. * Create product positioning and brand messaging strategies. * Manage Amazon Brand Store development. ### Listing Creation & Optimization * Create and optimize Amazon product listings. * Develop SEO-rich titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords. * Oversee A+ Content and enhanced brand content. * Continuously improve listings based on performance data. ### Inventory & Supply Chain Management * Monitor inventory levels and reorder schedules. * Forecast demand and manage stock replenishment. * Coordinate shipping and logistics with suppliers and fulfillment centers. * Minimize stockouts and excess inventory. ### Amazon Advertising Management * Develop and manage PPC campaigns. * Optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. * Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and conversion metrics. * Improve profitability through advertising optimization. ### Sales & Performance Analytics * Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. * Analyze sales trends, profitability, and product performance. * Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share. * Prepare executive performance reports. ### Compliance & Account Health * Maintain Amazon account health metrics. * Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace regulations. * Resolve listing suppressions, policy violations, and performance notifications. * Manage customer service escalations and account issues. ### Launch Management * Plan and execute new product launches. * Coordinate product reviews, promotions, coupons, and ranking campaigns. * Implement launch strategies to achieve rapid sales growth. ### Financial Management * Track product profitability and margins. * Analyze Amazon fees, shipping costs, advertising expenses, and operating costs. * Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability. * Create monthly profit-and-loss reports. ## Qualifications * 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts. * Demonstrated success growing Amazon sales revenue. * Experience with both branded resale products and private-label brands. * Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA, FBM, Brand Registry, and PPC. * Experience using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Sellerboard, Data Dive, or similar tools. * Strong analytical and financial management skills. * Excellent communication and project management abilities. ## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Revenue Growth * Net Profit Margin * Inventory Turnover * PPC Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) * ACOS and TACOS Targets * Product Launch Success Rate * Organic Keyword Rankings * Customer Rating Scores * Buy Box Percentage * Account Health Score ## Compensation Structure Base Salary: Competitive Performance Bonus: * Revenue Growth Incentive * Profitability Bonus * Successful Product Launch Bonus * Inventory Management Bonus ## Success Definition Success in this role is measured by consistently sourcing profitable products, increasing Amazon sales revenue, maintaining healthy margins, growing private-label brands, optimizing inventory levels, and creating a scalable Amazon business capable of sustainable long-term growth.
