We're an online platform for independent film and entertainment. Creators stream indie films and scripts with us, and our marketplace lets films, scripts, and rights be bought and sold. We've done the "just post on Facebook and Instagram" thing. It didn't move the needle. We don't need someone to fill a content calendar we need a growth specialist who gets the film and creator audience, can build an organic strategy from scratch, and can turn followers into real marketplace activity: people actually buying and selling films and scripts. What you'll own You'll build and run our organic growth strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X end to end. That means: Owning the strategy, not just executing tasks Creating and publishing content yourself, with short-form video (Reels / Shorts / TikTok) as the priority for a film platform Designing on-brand creatives and shipping them independently Writing scroll-stopping hooks and captions built for an indie-film and creator audience Driving sign-ups and traffic to the marketplace — both buyers and sellers Engaging the community (comments, creators, film communities) to grow reach organically Reporting monthly on what's working: follower growth, reach, engagement, traffic, and marketplace sign-ups and what you'll do next Must-haves A proven track record of organic growth, with real numbers and examples Graphic design skills to produce professional, on-brand creatives (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) The ability to design and publish solo, without hand-holding A strong instinct for short-form video (editing skills are a big plus) Strong written English for captions and copy A working grasp of platform algorithms and what makes content spread organically Nice to have Interest or experience in film, entertainment, or creator/marketplace platforms Video editing for Reels / Shorts / TikTok A basic handle on SEO, hashtags, and trends The role This is an ongoing monthly engagement.
