# Photo Retoucher Needed for Corporate Team & Headshots We are looking for an experienced photo retoucher to edit a series of professional corporate photographs for a financial services firm. The photography has already been completed, but we need someone with a strong eye for natural-looking retouching, color correction, and consistency across the entire gallery. ## Scope of Work ### Team Photo The primary focus is our indoor group photo. The image needs: * Lighting balanced across the entire image. * The left side of the image toned down, as it is currently overexposed. * The right side brightened slightly so the overall exposure feels even. * Skin tones adjusted carefully, with natural, consistent color throughout the image. * Particular attention paid to the seated woman on the left, whose skin currently appears much too pale due to the lighting. * Glasses checked throughout the image for distracting glare and reduced where possible. ### Individual Headshots Each headshot should receive: * Professional color correction. * Consistent exposure and skin tone. * Background replacement using the branded Endeavor Private Wealth background from image **5796** (this file will be provided). * Jennifer Evans is the one exception. Please use image **5784** for her final portrait instead of her standard headshot. * In several images, the blue background wall appears darker than intended. Please brighten it so the background is consistent across the entire set while maintaining a natural appearance. ### Exterior Building Photo The exterior office image needs a subtle enhancement. Specifically: * Make the building signage easier to read. * Do **not** simply brighten the image. * Instead, improve readability by selectively increasing contrast and/or saturation of the signage so it appears richer and more legible while remaining realistic. ### Black & White Versions Please provide professionally edited black and white versions of every final image in addition to the full-color versions. ## Overall Editing Style We are looking for edits that are: * Clean and professional * Natural-looking (not over-retouched) * Consistent across the entire image set * Color accurate, especially with skin tones * Appropriate for use on a financial firm's website, marketing materials, and professional communications ## Deliverables * Final edited color images * Final edited black and white images * High-resolution JPEGs * Layered PSD files, if applicable When applying, please include examples of corporate portrait or executive headshot retouching you've completed, especially projects involving lighting correction, skin tone balancing, and background replacement.
