Summary

Email Marketing Strategist Needed for Simple Re-Engagement Plan I am looking for an email marketing strategist to help create a clear, practical re-engagement plan for a longevity and biohacking personal brand. This is a small strategy project, not a copywriting project. We do not need full emails written. We need guidance on the best angles, cadence, and overall plan so our internal team can execute. Brand Context The client is a longevity and biohacking expert with a personal brand in the health and wellness space. She has an existing email list of around 17,000 subscribers. For a long time, emails were sent to the full list. Recently, we shifted to only sending regular emails to subscribers who have opened or engaged within the last 90 days. Now we need a plan for two groups: 1. Inactive subscribers from the existing list These are people from the current list who have not opened or engaged in 90+ days. We need a simple re-engagement plan to see who still wants to hear from the brand and who should remain off the regular send list. I'm not sure what this email flow should look like and need direction. 2. New subscribers from a recent summit The client recently hosted a summit and collected a separate list of around 15,000 people who opted in through that event. We have the rights to email this list, but they have not been fully introduced to the client’s regular email content yet. We need a strategy for how to warm up this summit audience, remind them why they are hearing from us, and bring the engaged subscribers into the regular email list. What We Need Help With Please create a simple strategy document that includes: For the inactive subscribers: The best overall angle for the re-engagement campaign What the content should be How many emails we should send How often we should send them The goal of each email The type of CTA we should use What should count as re-engagement When we should stop emailing people who do not engage For the summit subscribers: The best angle for introducing the brand to this audience How to reference the summit so people remember why they are hearing from us How many emails we should send before moving engaged people into the regular newsletter The goal of each email What CTAs we should use to measure interest When someone should be added to the regular list When someone should be suppressed if they do not engage Deliverable A simple strategy document or outline that our team can follow. This should include: Re-engagement campaign recommendation Summit list activation recommendation Suggested campaign angles Suggested cadence Purpose of each email CTA recommendations Basic deliverability considerations Clear next steps for our team We are looking for someone who can put this together in a few hours. Budget is $200. Just a high level overview to give us direction. Please apply if you have experience with email re-engagement campaigns, list activation, and expert-led personal brands.
