We are seeking a licensed TX Engineer or Architect to provide a stamp for a patio plan in Grand Prairie TX . The project involves a 400 sq ft patio with pitched and flat roof. The plan is ready for review and stamping. We need someone with expertise in engineering or architecture, particularly for Texas, to ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural engineering and architectural design. I have attached last set of comments from the city and revised plan set. Plan may need to be restamped if reviewer kicks them back for revision.
