Start: Targeting mid-to-late August 2026 About the project: Nerim AI is an AI consulting firm building an interactive, AI-powered scenario simulation tool for an enterprise leadership-development client. Users work through realistic role-play scenarios (manager/executive/team-lead situations) in guided branching conversations, with Claude acting as coach, counterpart, or evaluator depending on the scenario. Scope of work: Build a conversational simulation engine on the Claude API (Anthropic) Implement a retrieval layer grounding the model in proprietary client content (RAG), scoped narrowly per scenario to prevent generic drift Build a brand-styled, embeddable web interface deployable on a client site/LMS Build a lightweight admin dashboard for reviewing session transcripts, completion rates, and outcomes Work from a design document per scenario (provided) — you're building to spec, not designing scenario logic from scratch What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with the Claude API (or comparable LLM APIs) in production, not just prototyping RAG / retrieval-layer implementation experience — grounding a model in a private, access-controlled content store Full-stack comfort: embeddable frontend + a simple admin/analytics backend Comfortable signing an NDA — this project involves a client's proprietary methodology content Nice to have: Experience building coaching/simulation/branching-conversation tools Familiarity with WordPress-embeddable or LMS-embeddable web components
