Sagan is a membership-based global talent recruitment agency. Our members sign up for a full year, which means most of them stay with us for a long time. That longevity matters because over time, we get to know their businesses well enough to do more than just find them people. We help them figure out where AI can actually make a difference in how they operate, and then we build it. That's where the AI engineer network comes in. We have a growing pipeline of clients who need AI tools, automations, and workflows built and we need engineers we trust to build them. We are building a private network of vetted independent engineers who take on this work alongside us. You stay in control of your own business. We send you well-scoped projects at an agreed hourly rate, handle the client relationship entirely, and give you everything you need to deliver. If you are interested, Record a short Loom walking us through a session you've had with an AI coding tool - Claude Code, Cursor, whatever you actually use. Show us the work, not a demo. We want to see how you think. Also, please upload a screenshot of your token usage over the past month. Smaller agencies are also welcome. As a test project you will be required to show us a prototype that you can build from a prd that we send.
