Contract Activation: The moment a client selects your profile, we activate your contract and you begin billable work immediately. --- ### WE ARE HIRING ACROSS 4 CORE TIERS: (Please read carefully and state which tier matches your experience in your application) 🔹 TIER 01: ESSENTIAL ASSOCIATE - Focus: Immediate manual testing firepower. Clears backlogs, catches release-day bugs. - Skills: Manual UI/UX exploratory testing, linear regressions, creating proof-backed bug reports. 🔹 TIER 02: GROWTH QA ENGINEER - Focus: Mid-level operational autonomy. Handles feature quality cycles without hand-holding. - Skills: Test design from raw requirements, API validation via Postman, automated script maintenance (fixing broken selectors). 🔹 TIER 03: AUTOMATION LEAD - Focus: Total structural autonomy. Builds automation frameworks from scratch inside client pipelines. - Skills: Designing Playwright & Cypress frameworks from scratch, CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI). 🔹 TIER 04: PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT - Focus: Peer-to-peer consulting at the CTO/VP level. Governs multi-squad quality architecture. - Skills: Distributed systems load simulation, microservices auditing, automated security regression tracking. --- ### How to Apply: 1.
