AI Engineer (Senior/Junior) - Remote

We’re building the future with AI, and we need a talented engineer to help us bring smart features to life. If you’ve built real-world AI solutions and can take ideas from concept to production, we want to hear from you. This role is fully remote. Strong English communication is a must. What You’ll Do - Design and build AI-powered features that solve real problems - Turn prototypes into production-ready AI systems - Collaborate with team members to define AI strategies and workflows - Integrate AI into products, APIs, and platforms - Contribute to architecture, data pipelines, and deployment best practices What We’re Looking For - Proven experience building AI solutions that actually work in the real world - Strong understanding of AI workflows, model deployment, and production integration - Comfortable explaining technical decisions clearly to a remote team - Passion for solving problems with AI Bonus points for: - Experience in healthcare or fintech - Working with LLMs, embeddings, or AI agents - Cloud-based AI deployment experience How to Apply To be considered, submit a 1-minute video introduction (Loom is perfect) and cover: - Your AI Project – What you worked on and the problem you solved - Your Role – What you built and owned - Architecture & Workflow – How it worked and what tech you used - Results – Outcomes, impact, metrics, or lessons learned Applications without a video will not be considered.
