Summary

Who We Are codeswitcher is a creative and operational agency building CXROS — a modular AI-powered operating system for how modern agencies run. We replace manual processes with systems that think: AI agents as operational teammates, natural language replacing form inputs, automated data flows that actually work. Small team. Senior people. Async-first. We move fast, document everything, and hire people who own their domain without hand-holding. The Role We are hiring a QA Engineer to own quality assurance across the CXROS platform. This is not traditional software QA. The systems you will test are built on Notion, powered by Claude AI agents, and connected through automation platforms — a stack most QA professionals have not encountered yet. Your job is simple to state: tell us whether the system does what the spec says it should do. Write the test plans. Execute the tests. Document the failures. Sign off on go-live readiness. Nothing ships without your sign-off. This role starts with one internal module and grows with the platform. The right person becomes QA lead for the full CXROS system as it scales to external clients. What You Will Test • AI agent behaviour — does it ask the right questions, write the right records, handle edge cases correctly, and fail safely? • Notion database integrity — formulas, rollups, relations, automations, and access-controlled views • Automation pipelines — multi-step workflows built in n8n, Make, or Zapier from trigger to outcome • End-to-end operational workflows — approval chains, alert systems, financial exports, and data sync flows • Regression — every spec change tested against known baselines before anything ships What We Are Looking For You must have • A technical background — you understand APIs, data flows, and system integrations at a working level. You do not need to write production code but you need to know what is happening under the hood. • Experience testing AI or LLM-powered tools in a real product or workflow context — not just personal use • Hands-on experience with n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier — testing multi-step workflows, not just building them • Experience with Notion, Airtable, Coda, or similar no-code platforms beyond basic usage • Ability to read a specification and write test cases independently — without being told what to test • Clear written communication — structured bug reports and test plans that non-technical stakeholders can act on • Async discipline — you own a task end to end, surface blockers in writing, and deliver what you commit to It will help if you have • Experience with MCP integrations or AI-to-tool connections • Tested systems being built in parallel with your testing — not just finished software • Familiarity with financial workflows — billing, invoicing, payroll, or cost tracking • Written test plans against formal specification documents How to Apply Send the following to [hiring contact]: • A short intro — who you are, what you test, and why this role fits where you are right now • One example of your QA work — a test plan, bug report, or findings document (real or sanitised) • One example of testing an AI-powered or automated workflow — what it did, what you tested, what you found • Your hourly rate and earliest available start date We do not require a CV, though you are welcome to send one. Specific, relevant applications get read carefully. Generic ones do not get a response. This is a rare opportunity to do QA on systems that genuinely have not existed before — AI agents as operational tools, natural language replacing form inputs, intelligence embedded in daily workflows. If that sounds like the kind of work you want to be doing, we want to hear from you.
