AI Engineer for Business Automation(AI Voice Agent, OpenClaw & Claude Code)

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to help us automate our business operations using modern AI technologies. This project consists of two main areas: 1. AI Voice Agent We want to build a production-ready AI Voice Agent that can naturally communicate with customers. The Voice Agent should: - Handle real customer conversations - Answer customer questions intelligently - Qualify leads - Book appointments or perform approved actions when required - Automate repetitive customer support and sales workflows Experience with Vapi, Bland AI, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Claude, or similar platforms is preferred. 2. Business Process Automation Separately, we want to automate internal business operations using OpenClaw, Claude Code, or another suitable AI automation framework. We are not fixed on a specific platform. We want an experienced engineer who can recommend the best solution based on scalability, reliability, maintainability, security, and long-term performance. Your responsibility will be to identify suitable automation opportunities across our business and build AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. This may include: - Internal workflow automation - API integrations - AI-powered task execution - CRM integrations - Data processing - Repetitive operational tasks - Business process automation - Other legitimate business workflows that can be safely automated The exact requirements are not fully defined yet. We want to collaborate with an experienced engineer who can understand our business, recommend the right architecture, and build the automations accordingly.
