AI/ML Engineer for Data Analysis

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team and build intelligent, production-ready AI solutions. You will work on projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), workflow automation, predictive machine learning, and enterprise AI applications across multiple industries. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real business problems and building scalable AI systems from concept to deployment. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world applications. Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered applications. Fine-tune prompts and optimize model performance. Develop data pipelines for preprocessing, embedding generation, and model inference. Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, databases, and third-party services. Build scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI. Work with vector databases and semantic search systems. Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms. Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams. Monitor, improve, and maintain production AI systems. Required Skills Strong experience with Python. Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLMs. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. Experience building AI agents and multi-step workflows. Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, or FAISS. Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks. PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases. REST APIs and third-party integrations. Git and GitHub. Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Nice to Have Machine Learning using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. MLOps experience. Docker and Kubernetes. Workflow automation using n8n or Make. Voice AI, Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech experience. Experience with healthcare, insurance, finance, or SaaS platforms.
