QA Engineer for SaaS

Worked as a QA Engineer with a primary focus on manual testing while gradually contributing to test automation. Tested new features, validated business requirements, ensured product quality across releases, and participated in building the automation framework for critical user flows. Responsibilities: Functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and cross-browser testing. Creating and maintaining test cases, checklists, and bug reports. Requirements analysis and test planning. API testing using Postman. Database validation using SQL. Verifying UI/UX consistency and responsive behavior. Collaborating with developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment. Creating and maintaining automated UI and API tests. Supporting and improving the existing automation framework. Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and analyzing test execution results.
