QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Tester to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our web and mobile applications. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys exploring applications, identifying edge cases, and providing detailed, actionable bug reports. Responsibilities Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applications Execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps Validate UI/UX consistency across browsers and devices Test responsive layouts and cross-browser compatibility Verify bug fixes before release Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test scenarios Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure high product quality Participate in release validation and production smoke testing Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC Experience testing SaaS, CRM, ERP, or business applications Excellent exploratory testing skills Ability to write detailed bug reports with screenshots and screen recordings Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar tools Familiarity with Chrome DevTools Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently Nice to Have API testing using Postman Basic SQL knowledge BrowserStack or LambdaTest experience Basic automation knowledge (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) is a plus Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams What We Expect Strong attention to detail Ownership of testing activities Proactive communication Fast turnaround during release cycles Ability to think like an end user and identify edge cases beyond predefined test cases
