Engineering Draftsperson Needed - Site Servicing Plan

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Drafts person or Civil Designer to prepare a conceptual Site Servicing Plan for a residential property severance project in Ontario. The primary scope of the drawing is to detail an underground layout showing a dual sanitary sewer pump system routing from the rear of the property, pumping forward via a pressurized force main, and connecting to an existing municipal manhole roughly 50 to 60 feet away. Provided Documents & Inputs: We have all the baseline files ready to send to the selected freelancer, including:A registered Site Plan / Reference Plan (R-Plan) showing exact property dimensions and boundaries. A Municipal Sanitary Plan & Profile drawing showing the exact location and elevations of the city manhole and street infrastructure. An example template attached to show the exact style, clean layout, underground utility legends, and professional standard of the final delivery we require. Job Requirements & Payment Terms (Please Read Carefully):Fixed-Price Contract: This is a strict contract job. Payment will be released only upon 100% full completion and approval of the final professional drawing. We are not looking for someone to do half the job, and no milestones will be released for incomplete or drafted work. Software Preference: Deliverable must be in clean AutoCAD (.DWG) and PDF formats.
