Senior Technical Talent Partner | Engineering Leadership Remote | Full Time | Freelance | $1,000 USD/month + $2,000 Bonus Per Hire About Polyglot Talent: Polyglot Talent is a London based recruitment advisory partnering with ambitious technology companies to build exceptional engineering organisations. We're looking for an experienced recruiter to lead executive engineering hiring for one of our newest US deep tech clients. What you'll recruit: You'll own recruitment for 2-3 roles: VP Engineering Technical Program Managers (TPM) Directors of Engineering Engineering Managers Staff Engineers Principal Engineers This is a research driven recruitment role The strongest engineering leaders are rarely applying for jobs. Success in this role comes from market mapping, relationship building and uncovering exceptional passive talent. Approximately: 60 to 70% sourcing 30 to 40% interviewing, candidate management and executive assessment Responsibilities: Map engineering leadership markets. Identify exceptional passive candidates. Build executive outreach campaigns. Conduct in depth interviews. Complete structured scorecards. Present shortlisted candidates. Manage executive candidates throughout the recruitment process. Partner directly with our founders on hiring strategy. How we expect you to source LinkedIn Recruiter is provided. However, we expect recruiters to go significantly beyond LinkedIn. Successful recruiters in this role will regularly source through: Executive referrals Engineering communities Conference speakers Technical podcasts Industry events Company engineering blogs Research publications Professional associations University networks GitHub Hacker News Slack communities Discord communities We're looking for recruiters who genuinely enjoy finding leaders that other recruiters miss. Requirements: 7+ years engineering recruitment experience. Experience recruiting engineering leadership. Experience recruiting VP Engineering, Engineering Managers or Technical Program Managers. Executive search experience is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Full time availability (around 40 hours per week). Compensation: $1,000 USD per month. $2,000 USD bonus for every successful hire. Monthly payments. Initial project expected to last around 3 months with the opportunity for a long term partnership.
