English-to-Arabic Translation Project Overview We are developing the Arabic-language version of a website/ We require an experienced native Arabic translator to translate the English content contained in three Excel files into professional, persuasive, and natural Arabic. The translated content will be used on webpages and landing pages Scope of Work The selected translator will: • Translate the complete English content of three attached Excel files into Arabic. • Use professional Modern Standard Arabic suitable for audiences across the Middle East. • Preserve the original Excel structure, sheet names, rows, columns, headings, and content order. • Enter the Arabic translation in the relevant Arabic-language columns. • Maintain correct right-to-left formatting and professional Arabic punctuation. • Adapt the language for high-value real estate investors rather than providing a word-for-word translation. • Maintain consistency in project names, block names, measurements, plot numbers, commercial terminology, and investment language. • Proofread the complete translation before submission. • Flag any English wording that is unclear or may require clarification. Translation Style Required The Arabic translation must be: • Sophisticated, persuasive, and investor-focused. • Suitable for a premium international real estate website. • Clear and natural to Arabic-speaking readers. • Appropriate for investors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and the wider Middle East. • Accurate without sounding mechanical or machine-translated. • Consistent in its treatment of commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, and institutional investment terminology. The translator should understand terminology related to: • Commercial and residential real estate • Luxury hotels and hospitality • Mixed-use developments • Apartments and condominium buildings • Commercial plazas and shopping centres • Corporate and airline offices • Institutional investment • Joint ventures and business-to-business projects • Plot sizes, building heights, master planning, and infrastructure Deliverables 1. Three completed Excel files containing the final Arabic translation. 2. All existing spreadsheet formatting and structure preserved. 3. Correct Arabic right-to-left alignment. 4. A brief terminology list showing the agreed Arabic translation of important recurring project terms. 5. One round of reasonable revisions after our review. Required Qualifications • Native Arabic speaker with excellent written Arabic. • Professional English-to-Arabic translation experience. • Proven experience in real estate, investment, hospitality, construction, or corporate marketing content. • Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic. • Ability to write polished and persuasive Arabic for high-net-worth audiences. • Experience working accurately in Microsoft Excel. • Careful attention to numerical data, measurements, plot numbers, percentages, and proper names. Important Requirements Machine translation or unedited AI-generated translation will not be accepted. Translation tools may be used only as support, but every sentence must be professionally reviewed, adapted, and proofread by a qualified Arabic translator. Project names and approved English terms must not be changed without consultation.
